A $100.00, non-refundable deposit is required to hold each pup. Can be carried over for a pick from the following litter. Payments can be made or balance be paid in full at time of pick-up Send your deposit as soon as possible to get your sex/color pick ~ Paypal , money order, or personal check then I will mark it as "Sold" ~ All pups will be kept up on their shots and deworming till sold! Sellers have the right to take first pick if so desired! Pups will come with a Sales Agreement and Guarantee ~ Purchaser has the right to return the dog to us within 15 months from the transfer of possession for a refund of the purchase price (less the nonrefundable deposit) or credit in the amount of the purchase price paid toward the acquisition of another dog from us provided the dog has been determined to have any genetic defect by your veterinarian AND also by our veterinarian! Purchaser acknowledges that a Catahoula is a large energetic breed of dog bred for hunting and working livestock and should be allowed to exercise these innate instincts as often as possible, and when not possible, the dog needs to be allowed ample room to run & exercise freely as often as possible. They also can/are used for Search & Rescue, blood trailing, dock diving, coon hunting, agility and companionship. |
